Where does Allies of Skin ship?
We’re all about creating strong international alliances - after all, no man is an island. To ensure we spread the love worldwide, Allies of Skin ships globally, and all the prices on our website are displayed in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
What are my delivery/shipping options?

Singapore

We offer free Courier Delivery for all orders $100 and above. For everything else below $100:

1. Free Standard Singpost Delivery: 1 - 3 Business Days
2. $10 Courier Delivery: 1 Business Day

We aim to get your order delivered to you within 24 hours of you placing the order. All orders placed after 11 am (GMT+8) will be processed the next working day.

United States

We offer free USPS First Class Mail for all orders above $79. For everything else below $79, a flat shipping rate of $10 will apply to your order. First Class Mail delivery time in the US is 4-5 days for the East Coast, 2-3 days for Central US, and 1-2 days for the West Coast.

We aim to get your order picked up by USPS from our US office within 48 hours of you placing the order.

We partner with DHL to offer 3-Day Express Worldwide Shipping. All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

When will my order ship?
As with everything we do here at Allies of Skin, the shipping process is equally as straightforward and fuss-free. You place an order, we process, and then we ship.

While Rome wasn’t built in a day, our order processing is. We aim to process orders placed before 11 am (GMT+8) within 24 hours of you placing it.* Orders placed after 11 am (GMT+8) are processed the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll be sent an email with tracking information to help you count down the days till we meet.

*This excludes US orders, which may take up to 48 hours to be processed.
I’m having problems with my international tracking number.
Keep calm and don’t panic. It usually takes 1-2 working days for your shipment status to be updated on our carrier’s system. We never leave an ally in the lurch so if your tracking number is giving you issues, simply reach out to us at ask@alliesofskin.com and we’ll sort it out for you.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email ask@alliesofskin.com.
I have an unusual request and would like to talk to someone about it.
No question is too big or too small. Send all your enquiries to ask@alliesofskin.com and we’ll get back to you in double time.
Where is your company and where are your products made?
We’ve set up secure headquarters on the sunny island of Singapore. All our products are formulated with care in our lab in the United States.
Can I recycle your packaging?
We not only care for our allies but also the environment, so our glass bottles are completely recyclable. 
Do you test on animals?
Never. We are allies of all companions that give us comfort. Moreover, we find that busy go-getters make for the best test subjects. They are demanding and honest; traits that go a long way in helping to create the best products.

What skin types are Allies of Skin products suitable for?
Allies of Skin products were created to bring comfort to all skin types in all of life’s lemonade-making moments. Be it dullness or breakouts caused by stress from pulling that work all-nighter, or skin dryness sustained from a night out of hard partying, we’d like to think that we have you covered. 

To ensure we fulfil all terms of our alliance with you (to give you happy skin!), all of our products are created in small batches under the strictest ISO & FDA guidelines. They are also Dermatologist-Tested, Allergy-Tested, Non-Comedogenic (won’t clog pores) and Non-Acnegenic (won’t cause acne).

In fact, through our testing processes, we’ve found that our products are proven to help balance and improve problematic skin. So here’s to happy skin indeed!
Can I use Allies of Skin products during pregnancy?
Congratulations! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ll soon be welcoming a new ally on board. While we endeavour to be your trusted skincare expert, we strongly recommend you speak to your doctor for the best advice on what products you should and should not use when pregnant.
I reordered a product and I noticed that it seems to smell a little different, why is that so?
The nose has it, the aroma you detect is a natural by-product of the bioactive plant oils we use in our products. It is part of the intrinsic nature of plant oils that their aroma changes over time. 

Our sole goal for every product is maximum potency and efficacy so we do not formulate for scent. The final aroma of every product is the result of a clean, meticulous formulation process where every product smells as per nature intended.

So you can rest assured that not a drop of that synthetic fragrance stuff goes into the creation of all Allies of Skin products.
How do I know when my product will expire?
Our products like to stay just as fresh and current as you, so each product lasts for 6 months from the time of opening.

We intend for our products to weather all of life’s many seasons with you, and while our products can be left in extreme heat or cold for a short period of time, without affecting their efficacy, they do get cold feet or become too hot to handle which may result in a slight change in product texture.
Can I sample the products before committing to a full tube/bottle?
Of course! Apart from being travel-size friendly, our travel kits are perfect for giving you a little teaser of greater things to come. Our travel kits come in 3 day and 5 day uses, where one sachet gives you enough product for one use.
When is your next product launching?
As our allies, we’ll let you in on a little secret – we’re working on perfecting our next batch of products and we can’t wait to share them with you. To be the first in the know, simply join our mailing list and receive the latest updates.
How Do I Best Use The 1A Masks?
Our leave-on masks are designed to complement any skin regimen, from that of the busy go-getter to that of a lady of leisure.

Use our 1A Masks as you would a moisturiser. Always remember, as a general rule of thumb, skincare products should be applied on the face and neck in the order of lightest to heaviest consistency.

Lightweight formulations like essence or serum should be applied first, followed by heavier formulations like our 1A Masks. If you use a facial oil as part of your routine, simply mix a few drops of your facial oil with our masks and apply – half the time but double the efficiency. 

What’s more, our 1A Masks are gentle enough to be applied around the eye area and can double up as an eye cream. Talk about a product that does double duty. 

If going out in the day, don’t forget to put on sunscreen as the final finishing touch! Our 1A All-Day Mask can also be worn under make-up.
Can I return/exchange my product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. Please drop us an email at ask@alliesofskin.com if you have any questions.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Even the best of us get down sometimes, so if we make a mistake on your order, please accept our apologies in advance - we must have been too excited to share all of our other amazing products with you. Please contact us as soon as possible at ask@alliesofskin.com so we can make the wrong right again.
When will my credit card be charged?
The charges will be deducted as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Oops! Here’s a little walkthrough:

- Has your card expired?

- Have you entered the correct billing details? Check to make sure that you’ve entered the right card billing details (billing address, security code, expiry date etc.). 

- Your card may have been declined by your bank/card issuer. We recommend you contact your bank/card issuer to find out why.
Can I send my order as a gift?
That’s a definite affirmative. We’re always thrilled to forge new alliances. After checking out, simply email (ask@alliesofskin.com)/whatsapp (+65 9646 9631) us your request, indicating your order number. If you have a personalised message for the recipient of the gift, please include it in your request.
How do I update my order?
Please contact us at ask@alliesofskin.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or modify your order. We usually process orders as soon as we receive them but we’ll try our best to fulfil your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. We’ll send you a second email with your shipping details once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at ask@alliesofskin.com.
How do I use a promo code?

At checkout, keep an eye out for the promo code input box. Once you’ve locked eyes on it, simply type your promo code into the given field. Please note that Allies of Skin promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other, only one promo code can be used at checkout. 

Offers we advertise on our website without a promo code will be automatically applied at checkout. In this instance, separate promo codes can be used in conjunction with said advertised offers.
